Cancellation Policy

We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make your appointment, please kindly notify Kim Yates Hair at 740•816•6427 or kimyates75@gmail.com as soon as possible to reschedule. A 50% cancellation fee may apply if 24 hours notice is not given.
